La Résidence de la Pinède sits discretely on the Plage de la Bouillabaisse, near the entrance to Saint Tropez, just a few minutes from the center of the village. With 35 rooms and four spacious suites, the hotel is bathed in Mediterranean ambiance: ochre walls that seem to have been painted by the summer sun and refreshing fabrics featuring classic Provencal blue and yellow.

Many of the rooms open onto a terrace, with lovely views of the Mediterranean and Gulf of Saint Tropez, with its citadel, old port, and famous colorful clock tower.

The hotel takes it name from the lovely “pinède” or pine forest that surrounds it. Greatly appreciated by the hotel’s clientele, especially during the summer months, this forest is the perfect place to keep cool during the day or take a stroll in the evening. One can also enjoy lunch under the Parasol Pines or dine under the stars.

Hidden in this green landscape is a pretty sapphire: an infinity pool that seems to melt directly into the sea. But the prettiest jewel in the hotel’s crown is its private stretch of white sand beach, unequalled by that at any other four star hotel in Saint Tropez.

This beach is perfect for swimming and equipped with numerous chaise lounges, and yellow and gold parasols, reserved exclusively for guests of the hotel, who appreciate the peacefulness as well as sense of privacy. Doing nothing is one of the main activities here, yet there are more energetic things to as well. A private pontoon can be used for water sports, from water skiing to an excursion at sea.
