Given the success of the new B. restaurant located by the pool, Chef Vincent Maillard proposes a new concept called the Byni’z.

These “light bites” are a kind of mezze, kemia, antipasti or tapas, depending on the interpretation made by the international clientele of the Byblos.

Situated few steps from the Place des Lices, the restaurant Rivea is the new concept created by Alain Ducasse for the Byblos. Dishes of the Riviera, from Liguria to Saint-Tropez, are proposed in a cozy and elegant atmosphere.

Last but not least, les Caves du Roy benefits from its first real “face-lift”, keeping its style and general atmosphere which have contributed to the success of this myth of the international night.
