Designed as a Mediterranean village, the Byblos is tucked away on a hill close to the Citadel at the edge of town.
Its colourful facades, open-air pathways and hidden nooks makes the place unique.
Byblos features 91 rooms and suites, all different and decorated in a Mediterranean style.
At the center of the hotel, the Spa Byblos by Sisley Cosmetics is a haven of peace and serenity, which offers a full range of Sisley face and body treatments, including some specially created for the Byblos, and a customized program that evolves around the guest’s five senses.
Given the success of the new B. restaurant located by the pool, Chef Vincent Maillard proposes a new concept called the Byni’z.
These “light bites” are a kind of mezze, kemia, antipasti or tapas, depending on the interpretation made by the international clientele of the Byblos.
The Byni’z can be crunched, picked up, pinched or dipped… it is entertaining, original, creative and above all, delicious and full of flavor.
Guests can choose their theme, express their mood and… just let go and enjoy!
The cuisine at Spoon Byblos pays tribute to the Mediterranean region with inspirations from the Riviera and also from Italy, Greece, Lebanon and the south of Spain.
The wine selection is also international… a delightful culinary discovery in a sophisticated yet casual atmosphere.
Last but not least, les Caves du Roy benefits from its first real “face-lift”, keeping its style and general atmosphere which have contributed to the success of this myth of the international night.
